Special INPO - WANO Related Meeting in Florida (Next Week)

A group consisting of nuclear plant operators from: PSEG, Entergy, First Energy, Southern California Edison, Florida Power & Light, and Energy Northwest will be meeting in Florida next week to discuss and agree upon best practices regarding INPO data and reports.

As this group moves forward their input will help mold an automated solution that will be available to all nuclear plant operators for their outage, maintenance, and daily operations.

Some of the goals of the meeting:

• Avoiding Rework (Re-Scheduling)
• Visibility of Processess and Key Metrics
• Prevention of Process Failures
• Identification of data/information related issues

Some of the reports that will be discussed:

• Scope Stability
• Schedule Adherence
• Resource Loading
• Weekly Resource Adherence
